We issue tracking numbers from each shipment’s carrier so that you can follow your order’s progress and prepare to receive it. Your tracking number will be emailed to you and will be available to view under your "Won Items". The tracking number is the best way to check in about your item if you miss the delivery window - this will tell you whether the carrier will attempt to deliver again, the item is being held at a facility, or it is being returned to the sender. Depending on the carrier they may leave the item at the door or re-attempt delivery the following day*.
*Orders over $250 being shipped via ShipHawk will require a signature, and orders over $1000 being shipped through our distribution center will require a signature so please check the status of your tracking information to ensure you are available to receive.
If you are expecting a local delivery carrier, make sure that your contact information is up to date so that they can contact you to schedule delivery. If it is not correct, please update your account and let customer service know so we can contact the carrier on your behalf!
