We issue tracking numbers for each item from the shipment carrier so that you may follow your order’s progress and prepare to receive it. Your tracking number will be emailed to you and will be available to view under your Won Items. If you miss the delivery window you can reference the tracking number to determine whether the item is being held at a facility, or if it is being returned to EBTH. Depending on the carrier they may leave the item at the door or re-attempt delivery the following day*.

Contact Hours for delivery appointments and deliveries are from 7:30am to 8:30pm to provide the most flexibility for you to receive your item.  We will contact you up to 3 times to arrange delivery.  If we are unable to reach you to arrange for delivery, after 14 days the item be forfeited without refund.

For all items valued at $1000 and higher we require signatures to ensure safe delivery of your items. As a user of UPS MyChoice you can electronically sign if you so choose.
