Once payment is completed, and sale pick up and removal date has passed, please allow up to 10 business days to process tracking info (excluding weekends and observed holidays). Every item requires different shipping needs. Here’s what you can expect from each:


UPS Surepost or UPS Ground: Once payment is completed, and sale pick up and removal date has passed, please allow up to 10 business days to process tracking info.  If your item is shipping via priority mail, it will arrive by USPS to your mailbox.  UPS Surepost is a small parcel shipment that will be sent via UPS and transferred to the USPS for final delivery.  Each package will be assigned a separate tracking number and will be emailed to the primary address on file.

TIP:  You can monitor your own UPS My Choice account to check package status, change delivery address or phone number, and even request a hold at your local facility.  To create an account, sign up here.

EBTH Shipping - Home Delivery Service: Once the sale pick up and removal date has passed, please allow up to 10 business days to process.   This service provides the safest means of transportation for your fragile and high end goods. Your item is blanket wrapped at pickup, moved by a professional moving team, and into the threshold of your home. Delivery is pre-scheduled; this is typically a 3-8 week service.

Blanket-Wrap: Once the sale pick up and removal date has passed, and sale pick up and removal date has passed, please allow up to 10 business days to process.  Your items are being picked up and wrapped in blankets (very, very carefully!) by one of our nationwide white glove delivery companies. Every order requires a unique approach, so please allow up to  8 weeks for transit. Once the piece arrives at a facility near you, a representative will call to schedule delivery.

Less than Truckload (LTL):  Once the sale pickup date is completed, and sale pick up and removal date has passed, please allow up to 10 business days to process.  Your items are being crated or palletized through one of our national freight providers for safe transit to your door.  From the removal of the items from the home to being delivered, this can take 3-8 weeks. Before delivery, you’ll receive a notification email with your tracking number. Your items will generally be delivered within 10 business days after the tracking is assigned.

Vehicles:  If the vehicle is eligible for shipping it will be picked up and shipped by a national vehicle carrier who will be in touch to schedule a delivery appointment. Your title (when applicable) will be shipped separately with FedEx.
