We provide an invaluable, turn-key service that has been built on a commission-based model. Our typical estate sale service varies depending on estate location and contents, but typically begins around a 60/40 split allowing our sellers to walk away with 60% of proceeds after auction end. Our goal is to fully liquidate agreed-upon contents of a home from wall-to-wall, selling everything of value and vetting each item with our professional estate sale specialists. This process also includes coordinating with our third party partners on junk removal and client-selected donation services.
Our consignment commission structure is based on the method of delivery to EBTH. If you decide to drop-off your items at our Drop-Off Day, you'll receive up to 60% of the final sales price. With the Mail-In Consignment Program, your commission will be based on the final sales price of your item as outlined in the below table. As an example, if your item sells for $800, you'll receive 70% of the final sales price.
