You found an item you love, and you are ready to bid. Now what?
Before you bid for the first time on an item in sale, you will be prompted to choose your fulfillment. You can change your option at a later date if you win and decide on a different method of fulfillment. This will enable you to be sure of the options available to you prior to placing any bids!
TIP: Keep in mind that fulfillment options can vary between items within the same sale.
If you would like to have the items shipped to you, make sure to generate a shipping quote first! After the scheduled pickup date, the items will be moved back to our distribution center to be packed and shipped.
If your item is eligible for pickup at the property, you can find the pickup date and time on the item page.
A select few items from Cincinnati area personal property sales may be transferred to the Cincinnati warehouse/showroom. There will be a minimum fee of $10 per item to perform this transfer and the fee will be listed on the item page.
After the item closes into an invoice, your fulfillment options will be visible on the invoice when you log in, My Info > Won Items. If the sale you win from has a pickup, you may attend in person at the sale location on the scheduled date only - or you can elect to have your purchase shipped at an additional cost. If you do not come to the pickup, the items will be automatically shipped to the address on file for your convenience!
