Pick up locations, dates, and times are listed on the item page from sale beginning to sale end, so please make note of this before you place your bids and plan accordingly.  If you miss the customer pickup, your items will be shipped and the items and the shipping cost will automatically be charged to the card on file.


If the option for picking up an item or having the item transferred is not available, then the item will be shipped once the sale closes.



In Cincinnati, you may have the option to pickup items at our warehouse (depending on the sale, type, and size of the piece in question) for a minimum warehouse transfer fee of $10 per item.
