EBTH often works out of personal properties, which is why we cannot allow pickups outside of the scheduled pickup time.  Items that are in our warehouse may be available for an alternate pickup, however, we do need to continue to move our inventory so that is not always an option.  Plan on attending the pickup during the scheduled time or by sending someone to pick up on your behalf if you cannot make it during the scheduled time.  


Items that are not picked up during the scheduled time will be retrieved by our shipping vendors to begin the shipping process, and will be sent to the primary address on your account.  Should you have an unavoidable conflict, contact customer service to review your options.
